Welcome to Mogul Energy International, Inc. Mogul Energy is a privately held oil and gas exploration and development company and operator in Houston, Texas with producing wells in the state of Texas. Mogul Energy has an experienced management team with senior exploration & production team members having produced and operated in the US and internationally, onshore and offshore, for an average of 39 years each. Mogul’s mandate is to explore and develop highly prospective lands adjacent to producing oil and gas properties. The many shallow exploitation prospects, currently in inventory or producing, all offset existing or previously producing wells. Mogul selected these “in close proximity” grouping of primarily Frio sand prospects to have multiple opportunities to save money on drilling and production costs along with daily operating costs. The Company currently has several operations within the State of Texas: Stafford Prospect – Jackson County, Texas, where the Stafford Well #2 and Well #3 are producing; Alkek Prospect – Goliad County, Texas, where Mogul operates the Swickheimer Well #1; the East Mathis Prospect – San Patricio County, Texas, where Mogul operates the Kieschnick Well #1. Additional development opportunities exist for Mogul and its partners to offset existing production in several other prospects in Brazoria, Goliad, San Patricio, Jackson and Victoria Counties, all along the Gulf Coast area of Texas.
